Already half way through January, the month that for some small businesses are often quiet, an opportunity to review and plan. Not here at Nevalee Business Solutions, the team hit 2019 running! The initial three months of the year looks busy with airfields migrating to RedAtlas our Airfield Management system, along with Keith, the Managing Director continuing to travel to support a customer project go-live in the Netherlands.

Back in December, a distant memory the team enjoyed a company Christmas meal together. We visited a local pub in Worthing, spent the evening playing games, eating tasty food and relaxing. This year saw the team take part in “Secret Santa” so gifts were given and received; football game, chocolate raisins, flamingo gifts, comic real ale signs, water bottle rammed with sweets and a handheld retro pocket game. Can you guess who received them?

Returning to business; 2019 sees the RedAtlas Flying School Administration be launched. This application has been specifically built for a local airfield that is migrating from the old RedAtlas to the RedAtlas Airfield Management system it is a companion application that provides all the core features required to manage bookings, invoicing and student records. A browser based graphical calendar provides tools for the complete resource management of aircraft, rooms, instructors and other custom resources. Multiple booking types allow for easy differentiation between private aircraft hire, pleasure or trial flights. Full student/customer records for bookings, invoicing and payments, and flexible reporting allows the system to adapt to the airfields chosen working patterns.

We are also working on various projects, including, website redesigning, upgrading customer database systems, writing a new web portal along with supporting our customers as and when they have requirements through our service desk portal.
