We build bespoke solutions for our customers through automation of manual tasks, integration between applications and the development of custom web portals for easy data access. In addition, we provide a suite of products to the General Aviation market across the UK and are constantly evolving the products to meet new customer demands.

Core Duties/Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have experience as a full-stack developer who can demonstrate not only technical ability but also the versatility to scope, design and manage solutions to complex business problems.

In addition, the successful candidate will:

• Find and resolve bugs to assist our support team.
• Work on internal tooling to help us improve our efficiency and the reliability of our software.
• Occasionally travel to customer sites to install new functionality or to gather requirements.
• Give demonstrations of our software to prospective customers.

Skills, Capabilities and Attributes

We would expect the successful candidate to have experience in the following skills:

• C#, .Net Framework (to 4.7)
• Net MVC, Web Forms and Web API
• SQL Server (including T-SQL)
• JavaScript / jQuery
• Good knowledge of software design principles
• Some exposure to user interface design and usability concerns
• Self-motivated and keen to contribute new ideas
• Disciplined yet creative approach to problem-solving, with good attention to detail
• Effective and clear communicator
